To make sure you do not have any items out from the library BEFORE you graduate or leave the University, stop by the Library Service on Med Ed 4 and ask a staff member to clear you.
If you have no items out, the staff member will mark your record as "cleared" and the date.
Some schools have a paper form that must be signed. Any staff member can do that for you.
If you have an item out, staff will ask you to return it before they clear your record.
If you have lost the item, make arrangements for a replacement or replacement costs with the staff member.
If you cannot come in to the library physically, then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be cleared. A staff member will contact you.
