We have a Safari license for 6 concurrent users only. This makes it important for users to log out when done rather than just closing the browser window.

Also, Chrome does not work well with this resource, and Firefox access can be spotty at times. If you have tried accessing an e-book multiple times without success, try clearing your browser's cache.
