An article in PubMed that is EPub ahead of Print is unlikely to link via FindIt@Tufts. Per the National Library of Medicine, these articles rarely have enough citation metadata associated with them to populate enough openURL fields for the link to identify a unique article.
To locate the article make a note of the citation information and search the library catalog for the journal title. (You may use either the eJournals search tab or the Catalog search tab on the library website if FindIt@Tufts does not provide you a link to search the catalog.) Once in the journal look for the specific article. If the journal provides access to epubs ahead of print you should be able to access them here.
