Now that the publisher no longer allows institutional access to the above titles, here are some other possible substitutions that might be useful for you.

AccessMedicine has a whole self-assessment section. ClinicalKey has the following titles: USMLE Step1 Secrets, USMLE Step 2 Secrets, Rapid Review USMLE 3 and USMLE images for the Boards.
