Yes. There are three different ways to save citations from PubMed.

1. Select the articles you like by clicking the check box to the left of the title. Go to the top right of the screen where it says "Send to" and choose E-Mail. You can then decide if you want to include the citation or the abstract and citation and type in your preferred email address. You can also use this feature to email citations to other people.

2. You can select references to send to your RefWorks database by following the directions found here: http://www.library.tufts.edu/hsl/education/refworks2.0.html#database

3. You can create a MyNCBI account and save selected references by choosing "Collections" from the "Send to" menu.
